About this Role
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a board‑certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team as Core Faculty for the Family Medicine residency program at Beth Primary Care in Newark, NJ. Founded in 1984 through a model continuity‑of‑care grant, Beth Primary Care is a cornerstone of health in Newark, delivering comprehensive primary services to medically underserved communities. This position offers a unique blend of high‑impact clinical practice and academic mentorship in an urban setting.
Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision: Mentoring residents across the full spectrum of Family Medicine, including inpatient and outpatient care, women’s health, obstetrics, sports medicine, geriatrics, and sleep medicine.
Academic Development: Contributing to the development of residency curriculum, delivering scholarly lectures, and implementing innovative new programs.
Collaborative Environment: Working alongside a diverse team of full‑time internists, pediatricians, and specialized nursing staff.

Requirements
