Job description
Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team in Tampa, FL. The physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and serve as a clinical resource for APPs, nursing staff, residents, students, and other care team members.
This role supports our Patient-Centered Medical Home model, focusing on continuity of care, preventive health, access, chronic disease management, and long-term patient outcomes.
