Job description
Chapa-De in Rocklin, CA is hiring a Family Practice physician for a new outpatient clinic opening in 03/2027. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekend clinic hours, and an average patient volume of 16–18 per day, supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant team.
