About the Opportunity
An innovative outpatient healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its team in beautiful Northern Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to practice true outpatient primary care with more time to spend with patients, an emphasis on preventive and root-cause medicine, and a predictable schedule. Unlike a traditional fee-for-service clinic or urgent care environment, this practice is designed around quality, value-based care, and patient outcomes—not productivity quotas.

Your Schedule & Role
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
10–15 patients per day
No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
Outpatient primary care
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
Medication management
Minor in-office procedures
Care for patients across the lifespan
Emphasis on root-cause and value-based medicine
More time with patients than a typical high-volume primary care or urgent care setting

Candidate Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
