Job description
An established and well-respected OBGYN group located on Park Avenue in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to help launch and grow a new outpatient internal or family medicine practice across the street from their existing office. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated physician to take the lead in building a high-quality primary care service in one of New York City's most prestigious neighborhoods.
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient primary care - no obstetrics required
Office located directly across from a busy, well-established OBGYN practice
Dedicated clinic space with 3-4 exam rooms and personal support staff
Flexible scheduling options are available
Base salary of $250,000 with bonus potential

About the Role:
The incoming physician will benefit from a steady stream of patient referrals from the OBGYN group's existing patient base, many of whom have expressed interest in having an in-house primary care provider. While a solid referral pipeline is in place, the ideal candidate will take initiative in helping to grow the practice further and shape its future. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build something meaningful with strong support.
