Job description
A private, nonprofit organization in Rhode Island that provides a wide range of services aimed at helping low-income and vulnerable individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency, including healthcare, early childhood education, employment and training programs, housing and food assistance, and behavioral health services, has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician.
nnAbout the Opportunity:
nnOperating multiple locations across the state, our health centers serve tens of thousands of residents each year through integrated programs that address both immediate needs and long-term social and economic stability
nTotal outpatient position
nLight call once every 6 or 7 weeks
nOur team includes Pediatricians, several Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Clinicians, a psych NP, and a midwife
nFocus on work-life balance with flexible scheduling
n32 clinical hours and 8 admin hours that can be done remotely
nCapped patient panel
nThe expectation is 3 patients per hour
n nCompensation/Benefits:
nnGuaranteed salary and generous time off, including 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, 1 week sick time, and 12 holidays
