Job description
One of the fastest-growing community health center networks in New England, with 9 locations in Maine, has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician. We are a nonprofit, community-based healthcare provider serving rural northern Maine, operating a network of health centers across Aroostook, Penobscot, and Piscataquis counties, delivering care to more than 20,000 residents-many in underserved or remote areas.
About the Opportunity:
Total outpatient
Monday-Friday work week
Patient-centered medical home
On-site pharmacy
Services include physical and occupational therapy, chiropractic, massage, optometry, dental, and acupuncture
Staff include MDs, NPs, and PAs, Social workers, and strong support staff
Athena EMR
Manageable patient census

A small town in Penobscot County, Maine, with a population of around 4,000 residents
Located about 65-70 miles north of Bangor, it serves as a primary gateway to Baxter State Park and Mount Katahdin, making it especially appealing to outdoor enthusiasts.
