Job description
A primary care clinic in southern Vermont that provides comprehensive health care for patients of all ages with services spanning family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics is adding a Family Medicine Physician. The practice offers preventive care, diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions, routine check-ups, immunizations, and wellness services, aiming to support long-term health for individuals and families in the community.
About the opportunity:
Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 day work week
Total outpatient
Infrequent call
Team of 3 Providers and part of a larger network
Daily patient census averages 16-20
2 year guaranteed salary leading to partnership
Signing bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

With a population of around 16,000, this community offers a mix of small-town charm, cultural attractions, and outdoor recreation, including hiking in the nearby Green Mountains.
