Family Medicine | Central Coast, California
Step into an established outpatient practice where immediate patient demand and strong health system backing set you up for long-term career growth. Partnering with a skilled primary care team, you will manage a steady panel focused on adult medicine without taking on hospital duties. This full-time Family Medicine position in Santa Barbara County offers significant financial upside alongside federal loan forgiveness eligibility.
Position Overview:
Base salary: $300,000 with earning potential over $400,000
Outpatient Family Medicine position focused on adult patient care
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Join a well-established team of primary care providers with excellent support staff
See an average of 15-18 patients per day
No inpatient or hospital work required
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility offered
