Job description
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join Osceola Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic , a Rural Health Clinic serving a close-knit community in southwest Missouri-close to the Osage River and Truman Lake!
This is an opportunity to practice relationship-based, outpatient primary care with real autonomy-supported by a mission-driven, physician-led health system that values long-term sustainability over volume.
The Practice
100% outpatient primary care - no inpatient work and no OB required
Flexible scheduling options , including a 4-day workweek
Established clinic team with APP support and experienced staff
Shared after-hours call with first-line support through a nurse triage line
Customizable role with optional opportunities in: Long-term care
Urgent care
Addiction medicine
Compensation & Benefits 18-month guaranteed base salary , followed by RVU-based production model
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Residency or fellowship stipends available
Student loan repayment support - eligible for NHSC and PSLF
