Job description
Colonial Group seeks a Family/Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care and care coordination within the Arlington Heights area. You will manage diagnostic and preventative services, document in the EHR, and participate in a team-based model focused on quality and safety.
This role offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and access to NHSC loan repayment programs for eligible clinicians, with FTCA malpractice coverage and a flexible schedule.
