Job description
Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in providing quality care within an outpatient Family Health Center. This role focuses on serving the underserved population of metro Phoenix, with coordinates for referrals through Valleywise Health Medical Center.
