Job description
Family Health West in Fruita, CO, is seeking an outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our physician-led team and help improve community health. You will work with MAs, RNs, Integrated Behavioral Health and Quality teams to see 16-20 patients per day, with a salary guarantee, relocation assistance, and CME support.
