Job description
SourceMD, a multi-specialty clinic in the Salt Lake City area, seeks a Family Medicine physician to join our practice. Established over 100 years ago with high physician satisfaction and low turnover, we offer a first-year salary plus incentive and partnership at year two with a $100 buy-in.
Clinic is 100% owned by practicing physicians; income with partnership is commission-based. Health and disability insurance are covered 100 percent, with 401(k) and profit sharing, CME, and Board examination
