Job description
Ireland Army Health Clinic Fort Knox in Kentucky seeks a Civilian Family Physician to care for military families, delivering cradle-to-grave outpatient care in a federal system without typical private-sector burdens.
You will serve as the Primary Care Optimization Clinical Lead, act as SME for the Medical Staff, and drive the Patient-Centered Medical Home model, ensuring preventive care, coordinated teams, CME engagement, and readiness for mass casualty or disaster situations.
