Job description
SSM Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician focused on pediatrics for outpatient clinics in Monroe, WI and Freeport, IL. The FTE is flexible 0.8–1.0 at the Freeport location, with a 4-5 day work week and Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The team includes six pediatricians, experienced RNs and MAs, on-site imaging and lab, call of 1:6, and a two-year salary guarantee with an RVU-based model plus a lucrative sign-on bonus.
