Job description

SSM Health in Monroe, WI and Freeport, IL is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician with a focus on pediatric patients for an outpatient clinic. The FTE is flexible 0.8 to 1.0 at the Freeport branch; typical schedule is Mon-Fri 8A-5P with no holidays and call 2x/month.

The practice supports a 4-5 day work week across Monroe, WI and Freeport, IL with on-site imaging and lab, a full pediatric team, and a generous sign-on bonus.
