Description
*Provide comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management for patients of all ages.
*Collaborate with behavioral health and clinical teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered healthcare services.
*Perform physical assessments, interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe treatments, and coordinate specialty referrals.
*Utilize EMR systems to maintain accurate patient records while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
*Participate in community health education initiatives and support a mission-driven healthcare environment focused on underserved populations.
