Job description
The Exeter Group is seeking a Family Practice Physician to deliver compassionate, high-quality primary care in Illinois. You will examine patients, obtain histories, prescribe medications, and coordinate preventive care within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include managing preventive and chronic care, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in Centricity or EPIC EMR. Illinois license and DEA are required, with board certification preferred.
