Job description
Crossroad Health Center seeks a physician to deliver comprehensive primary care for adults and children in a faith-based, community setting in Ohio. You will work independently and with a care team, provide prenatal and women's health services, and manage patient records with CHC standards.
Responsibilities include patient evaluation, ordering tests, counseling on prevention, and after-hours on-call coverage. Board-eligible/certified MD/DO required; Ohio license and DEA registration essential.
