Job description
The Union Health Center (UHC) is seeking a full-time Primary Care Provider to join our team in New York. Reporting to the Medical Director, you will deliver high-quality care within a team-based model and collaborate with specialists across the Mount Sinai network.
Candidates must hold an MD/DO, NY medical license, board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, and be comfortable working with diverse patient populations; Spanish proficiency preferred.
