Job DescriptionSalary: $240k - $270k base + bonus & loan repayment
\ NA Flexible, Patient-Focused Approach to Care
\ NWe’re seeking a Family Medicine Physician (or outpatient-focused Internal Medicine Physician) to join a modern, high-access outpatient practice in New Jersey. This role blends primary care continuity with same-day urgent care visits, offering the best of both worlds in a supportive, team-based environment.

\ NWhat You’ll Do
\ N Provide care for a mix of scheduled and walk-in patients in a fully outpatient setting
\ N Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage
\ N Review on-site diagnostic imaging, including X-rays
\ N Manage and follow your own panel of patients, supporting continuity of care
\ N Treat a primarily adultpopulation with occasional straightforward pediatric cases
\ N Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer seamlessly to in-house specialists
\ N Deliver efficient, high-quality care with an average of 2–3 patients per hour
\ N Schedule & Work Environment
\ N Full-time, 40-hour workweek
\ N Rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
\ N Extended hours model (open 7 days/week) offering flexibility
\ N No inpatient responsibilities
\ N What You Bring
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\ N Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey
\ N Comfort with minor procedures and urgent care-style cases
\ N Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
\ N Interest in both acute care and long-term patient relationships
