Job description
Ascension DePaul Services is seeking a full-time Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care in a clinic setting in Hammond, LA. The role includes managing acute and chronic illnesses, preventive care, and coordinating with in-house specialists.
You will perform histories and physicals, develop treatment plans with patients, and use electronic medical records. Louisiana license and DEA certification required, with PSLF eligibility for eligible loan forgiveness.
