Help launch a brand-new, state-of-the-art $58M clinic opening early 2027 — hiring ahead of opening.
$261,600–$324,350 + up to $100K relocation/sign-on support.
Up to $75K in NHSC student loan repayment + J-1/H-1B visa waiver sponsorship available (HPSA site).
We're seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physicians for a brand-new outpatient clinic in Rocklin, CA — part of a 50-year-old non‑profit community health center expanding to serve ~15,000 new patients. Start dates flex: onboard at an existing nearby clinic first or join at opening.

Top‑of‑band FQHC compensation: $261,600–$324,350
Up to $100K relocation/sign‑on support
Outpatient only: Monday–Friday, 8–5, no hospital call, no weekends
NHSC‑approved HPSA site: up to ~$75K tax‑free loan repayment
Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO + CME
Qualifications
MD or DO, BC/BE in Family Medicine
Unrestricted CA license (or eligibility), current DEA
Comfort seeing all ages in an outpatient setting
