A reputable primary care practice in Sacramento, CA seeks a qualified primary care physician to join its team. This unique opportunity offers the chance to join a team dedicated to efficient, collaborative care while living and working in one of California’s largest and most affordable communities.
Start Date: ASAP
Available Shifts: 4 or 5 day work week
Pay Rate: $310,000.00 - $320,000.00

Outpatient primary care – see all ages or focus on only adults
4‑day workweek option and no call required
Competitive base salary up to $320,000 + annual performance‑based incentives
Up to $325,000 in recruitment incentives + relocation assistance

EPIC EMR
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) required
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
