Job description
Essentia Health in Ada, MN is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician who enjoys rural practice and leading a small care team. The role blends Primary Care Clinic duties with Emergency Medicine, basic Hospital Medicine, and Nursing Home care, with 1.0 FTE dedicated to leadership.
You will partner with and lead three Advanced Practice Clinicians, mentor teammates, and work within Essentia Care Processes to ensure continuity of care for families.
