nCompensation: $200,000 to $250,000 per year

nAbout the Job

nOffer a personalized approach to healthcare and holistic medical services treating various medical conditions. Produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients’ historical data. Providing care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, vaccination and screening tests, and individualized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

nDuties and Responsibilities:

nPatient Care & Clinical Duties:

nn Conduct preventative care visits and routine physical examinations.

n Administer immunizations and screenings for infectious diseases (e.g., STDs).

n Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in primary care settings.

n Provide women’s health screenings.

n Offer nutrition counseling and lifestyle modification guidance.

n Prescribe medications and treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

n Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests.

n Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.

n Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

n nMedication Management & Prescriptions:

nn Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring proper dosages and monitoring for adverse reactions.

n Oversee medication refills.

n Educate patients about medication adherence, potential side effects, and alternative treatments.

n nSupervision & Team Collaboration:

nn Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

n Supervise and mentor physician assistants (PAs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and medical students, if applicable.

n Work closely with administrative and support staff to enhance clinic operations and patient flow.

n nQualifications:

nn 1 to 2 years experience as a Family Medicine Practitioner

n Enrolled as a provider for MediCare and MediCal is highly preferred

n Comfortable treating patients of all ages.

n Active participation in continued medical education and membership to a professional organization is highly preferred

n Able to work in Northern California.
