Job description
We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Outpatient Primary Care Physician to join established and growing practices throughout Erie, Pennsylvania - PGY-1 & 2 Residents welcome to apply!
Salary Range - $220K-$300K depending on experience

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an established patient panel
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventative care, including annual physical, wellness visits, and age appropriate screenings.
Conduct health risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing medication regimens
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing and lab results
Qualifications: MD/DO from Accredited Medical School
Accredited Family Residency Program completion
American Board Eligible OR Board Certified in Family Medicine
DEA Certification
