Carson Valley Health in Gardnerville, NV is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Senior Care Pro program. You will provide comprehensive medical care, lead patient care teams, and advance patient-centered medical home initiatives.
This full-time role requires NV MD/DO, residency, licensure, DEA, and board certification or eligibility, plus ACLS and strong communication with patients and staff while upholding HIPAA and quality care standards.
