Job description
CommonSpirit Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including preventive services, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, and chronic disease management.
You will build lasting patient relationships, document thoroughly in EPIC, coordinate referrals, and participate in primary care initiatives across CHI Saint Joseph Health network. KY license and Board eligibility/certification are required.
