Family Medicine Physician

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Family Medicine team. This is a rare opportunity to join a physician-led, community-focused organization that prioritizes patient relationships, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

* Monday-Friday schedule
* 18-20 patients per day
* Minimal, phone-only call supported by nurse triage
* Option to neonatal call; not required
Candidate Requirements
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
* New graduates welcome
* Can sponsor H1b Visas
Compensation & Benefits:
* $325K base salary + production incentives
* $25K sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
* 34 days of PTO in your first year
