Case Mix: Adult Primary Care, Preventive Care, and Chronic Disease Management
Job Requirements
Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified in Family Medicine - Board Eligible accepted only if currently in residency and boards must be passed before starting

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
