nPosition Summary
nVista Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and will promote wellness and preventative care across the continuum of life.
nKey Responsibilities
nnnDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.
n
nnProvide preventive care and health education.
n
nnCoordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services.
n
nnMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records via EMR.
n
nnParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care models.
n
nnFoster positive relationships with patients, families, and clinical support staff.
n
nnAdhere to clinical and ethical standards in accordance with Vista's mission and values.
n
n nQualifications
nnnMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
n
nnBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
n
nnActive Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
n
nnCurrent DEA and CPR certifications.
n
nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
