Your Practice Glance
Build a broad and meaningful Family Medicine practice with the support of a team designed to help you care for patients across all stages of life.
Work-life balance with flexibility to choose part-time or full-time practice
15-18 patients per day, Monday through Friday
Dedicated clinical support, including MAs and RNs
Integrated support services, including an on-site social worker, diabetes education, pharmacy support, anticoagulation services, and interpreter services
Broad-scope Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, womens health, pediatrics, and optional OB/prenatal care
Opportunity to perform office-based procedures based on your interests and experience
* Newly built 24-bed critical access hospital connected to the clinic, providing inpatient care, rehabilitation, specialty services, and emergency care
Telephone-only call
24/7 specialty consultation through the broader Emplify Health by Gundersen network
Air and ground ambulance support
Flexibility to shape your practice around your clinical interests
* Outreach specialty services including Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Otolaryngology, Podiatry
