Chief Purpose of this position
The Department of Family Medicine and Population Health at VirginiaCommonwealth University is currently recruiting for a BC/BE familyphysician at our This position is located at VCU Health FamilyMedicine at William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. We are seekinga Full-Time physician that will be involved in medical studentteaching and could participate in departmental research programs.This position will come with a competitive salary and generousbenefit package as well as the ability to earn clinicalbonuses.
Position Responsibilities
Provide the highest quality of primary care services to new andestablished patients in the community.
Medical student teaching in a clinical setting
Research and scholarly work according to training andinterest
Serve on hospital or departmental committees whenappropriate.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for full staff privileges at VCU Health System
Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment ofrespect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty,staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or acommitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU.
