Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a board‑eligible or board‑certified Family Medicine Physician with optional OB to join our primary care team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.
Position Highlights
100% outpatient primary care
Obstetrics is available
Hospital employed position
Joining a well‑established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
Access to subspecialty and tertiary care
Supportive, collaborative physician and hospital leadership structure
Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
No ER call
Clinics have a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base
Access to a full range of specialists within the healthcare system
Robust onboarding and outreach support with strong clinical staff
Open to new graduates
Full‑time employment (no locums)
Must be board‑certified and have completed U.S. residency training
J1 visa support is NOT available at this location
