Family Medicine with or without OB Opportunity in Tomah, WI

Practice Overview
Join a collaborative team of 10 physicians and 5 advanced practice clinicians
Work in a clinic with dedicated RN & MA support
Engage in outpatient care with optional focus areas like sports medicine and women's health
Benefit from Epic EMR and 24/7 support across specialties
Schedule
Flexible schedule with options for a 4-day workweek
Outpatient hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimal on-call duties, manageable via phone
Daily patient volume of 15-20, allowing for personalized care
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with potential range from $285,000 to $300,000
Up to $150,000 in loan forgiveness options

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Interest in community engagement and potential teaching opportunities
Comfortable with outpatient care; no obstetrics required
