Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Family Practice physician with Woodland Clinic, you'll join a physician-owned, physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers, graduate students, retired university professors), this is a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care and develop individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice, collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals. Woodland Clinic offers a supportive, multi-specialty environment, perfect for a board-certified Family Medicine physician who desires a fulfilling, outpatient practice.
You'll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with specialists and behavioral health teams for your patients. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic location with traditional Monday-Friday hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 1:18 call and no inpatient responsibilities which fosters an excellent work-life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network.
Eligible candidates will possess a strong clinical background in Family Medicine with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning. The incoming Family Medicine physician would be experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine physician who is eager to contribute to patient well-being. We will offer the following incentives to eligible new hires:
Shareholder opportunity; 18 month salary guarantee: $342,410

Job Requirements
Required: A valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
