Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Medicine physician to join our Family Medicine clinic in Woodland Park, Colorado. The role involves 36 patient‑facing hours per week and provides full scope family medicine with integrated on‑site behavioral health. The practice uses a care‑team model with an RN and clinical MAs for in‑basket support. The call schedule is phone‑only and shared with colleagues in Woodland Park. Potential for empaneling quickly.

Benefits

Competitive compensation ranging from $257,000 to $286,000 annually, with possible quality and productivity bonuses. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
