Family Medicine PhysicianStartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Day
Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
Patients per day: 18
Practice Setting: Wellness Clinic
Scope: Outpatient
State Licensure: California State medical license, Board Certified or Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days or less
