Job description
An independent, community-owned healthcare system serving north-central Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a new practice location. The health system comprises a 134-bed non-profit hospital, a 25-bed not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital, and a Medical Group with six locations.
About the Opportunity
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and family populations, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.
The practices are supported by experienced clinical staff and a collaborative care model, enabling physicians to focus on patient care.
Ideal candidate should have a commitment to team-based care and community-focused medicine.
Integrated health system with access to specialty services, hospitalists, and care management.
