Job description
The Iowa Clinic in Central Iowa seeks a Practice Manager in Family Medicine to lead the operational activities of multiple sites (Johnson, Grimes, South Waukee), ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services and a positive patient experience. You’ll hire and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in strategic planning, and partner with physicians and administrators to sustain growth.
A Bachelor's degree plus supervisory experience in a medical setting are preferred.
