Job description
Lee Health's Dunbar location is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee patient experience across up to 3 providers. You will lead operations, improve workflows, manage patient scheduling, engage providers and staff, and ensure financial performance and billing compliance.
You will assist the Practice Director with operational plans and budgets, recruit and supervise staff, and apply effective communication strategies to maintain the culture and performance of the practice.
