We are in search of an empathetic, board-certified Family Medicine Practitioner to join our innovative healthcare team. Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families throughout their lives, from children to seniors.
Manage chronic illnesses, promote preventive care, address acute health concerns, and oversee mental health needs with a patient-first mindset.
Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and tailor treatment plans to each patient's unique needs.
Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to provide integrated wellness solutions.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives that elevate patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and timely documentation of patient interactions.
Provide care in various formats, accommodating both in-person and virtual preferences for our patients.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligibility for (or possession of) an active Florida medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are beneficial.
Skills and Experience
