Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages, spanning pediatrics to geriatrics.
Manage chronic illnesses, provide preventive care, and address acute health issues with a patient-centered approach.
Perform physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create personalized treatment regimens.
Collaborate closely with care managers, mental health professionals, and specialty teams to promote holistic patient care.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
Deliver care both in-office and via telehealth to accommodate diverse patient preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently in possession of) an active Arizona medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
