Role Responsibilities
Provide thorough, continuous care to individuals and families throughout their life stages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Manage chronic health conditions, acute illnesses, and mental health issues with a patient-centered focus.
Carry out physical examinations, interpret diagnostic assessments, and formulate tailored treatment strategies.
Collaborate closely with various healthcare professionals, including behavioral health experts and specialists, to secure holistic patient care.
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and patient outcomes, as well as operational excellence.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) diligently to ensure precise and timely patient documentation.
Provide care through both in-person visits and telehealth options to meet patient preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of a certified Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently holds) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated diagnostic and clinical abilities with a focus on preventive care.
Familiarity with modern healthcare models and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
