Family Medicine Physician

Join AMN Healthcare on behalf of a respected, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering integrated, patient-centered care in the Kansas City metro. This opportunity is designed for a Family Medicine Physician seeking purpose, stability, and a collaborative team environment.
You will step into a practice grounded in access, equity, and whole-person care-supported by experienced clinical staff, modern technology, and a mission that empowers physicians to make a measurable impact. With a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volumes, and strong ancillary support, this role prioritizes both clinical excellence and long-term sustainability.
15,000-$20,000 sign-on/retention bonus
Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours with dedicated admin time
Integrated care model including behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services
Epic electronic medical record (EMR) platform
Visa sponsorship (J-1 and H-1B) available
