Job description
The Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley is seeking a Family Medicine Provider (MD/DO/FNP) for a full-time position at a new family medicine clinic co-located in a residential SUD treatment campus. The clinic focuses on keeping families together and thriving.
You will deliver full-spectrum primary care, including pediatrics, adult acute and preventive care, prenatal and postpartum services, and medications for SUD, serving as an ongoing medical home beyond treatment completion.
