Job description
Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Provider (MD/DO/FNP) to join a new family medicine clinic co-located on a residential substance use disorder treatment campus. The role includes pediatrics, adult acute and preventive care, prenatal/postpartum care, and medications for SUD, with EPIC EMR.
This position offers 4 days per week (no weekends) and serves as a medical home for families in recovery.
