nThe Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley seeks a full-time Family Medicine Provider (MD/DO/FNP)
nFull-time, 4 days/week (no weekends) Electronic Health Record: EPIC
nThe Oasis Center seeks a medical provider to join a new family medicine clinic co-located in a residential substance use disorder treatment campus where families recover together, stay together, and thrive together.
nThis provider will offer the full spectrum of primary care services, including pediatrics, adult acute and preventive care, prenatal/postpartum, and medications for SUD. This clinic will serve as an on-going medical home for families, even after receiving treatment services.
nThis is more than a Medical Provider role—it’s a chance to redefine how care is delivered to families impacted by substance use disorders.
nQualifications:
nMD/DO/FNP from accredited medical school
nCurrent State of Oregon licensure (or ability to obtain)
nBoard certification in Addiction Medicine preferred
nCompensation & Benefits:
n$200 - $305k/year salary
nUp to $100,000 sign-on bonus with 5-year rural health commitment
